Purisima Fossil Double Bear Zuni Fetish

Todd uses rare and unique stones in his carvings, inspired by his knowledge and college degree in geology.

These ancient paired bears emerge from the late Miocene era--marine fossils of  Coastal California's Purisima Formation. Faceted arrowheads, coral and silver beads on the side reflect the most traditional way to tie the power bundle of to a carving.
