Zuni Sun Face Pin or Pendant 

Amber Leekya has started hand crafting fine jewelry, highlighting her skills learned from her mother, a master of the craft.  Aprilene Unkenstine has taught Amber how to cut and inlay tiny tiles of natural Sleeping Beauty turquoise, mother of pearl, jet and other stones to create classic Zuni inlay jewelry.  We're grateful for the next generation of fine jewelry artists from the Pueblos!

Please note tiny hairline crack in upper right forehead; to save the material and piece, Amber securely inlayed and epoxied the turquoise.
